Spaghetti Carbonasia

serves 2 people | 20 min to serve | < 2.50€ per serve

• 250g spaghetti
• 175g smoked tofu
• 1 onion
• 1 green onion
• 300-400ml oat cuisine cream
• 20ml soy sauce
• salt, pepper, nutmeg
• olive oil

Cook the spaghetti as described on their package.

In the meantime:

  • Cut/crumble tofu into small pieces and fry on high flame using olive oil.
  • Cut onion into small cubicles and add to tofu when the tofu has gotten crunchy. Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Cut green onion into small pieces and add it to the tofu. Fry for 2 more minutes.
  • Add cuisine cream to tofu and onions and cook on medium flame till nice and creamy. Depending on the brand of oat cream, you might need to add some flour to the mix.
  • Add cooked and drained spaghetti to the mix, stir everything together and season with soy sauce and pepper.
